Before Your First Letter Arrives
A few helpful things to know about your happy mail.
When will my letter arrive? +
I mail It’s Called Mail monthly subscriptions on the 15th of every month. You will typically receive this within 3-7 business days. If you sign up by the 14th of the month, you’ll receive that month’s letter. If you sign up after the 14th, your first letter will arrive the following month. I know that can seem like a long wait, but it will be the only time you have to wait so long. Because by your second letter, you’ll be receiving them around the same time every month!
All other products are shipped within 3–5 business days
What if my letter gets lost? +
Reach out to me via email at hello@itscalledmail.com and I’ll get you a new letter sent out ASAP.
Do you design your own art? +
I design a lot of what goes into the envelopes. Some things are items I find in stores or online that are too pretty to leave out of your envelope!
Do you ship internationally? +
Yes I do!
Can you change my address if I move? +
Of course! Just email me with your new address before the 15th of the month.
Can I buy this subscription as a gift for someone else? +
I think that’s a lovely idea! Just put their information in the details at checkout!
Can I get a one-time letter to try this service out? +

How hard is it to cancel? +
Not hard at all! Just email me and I’ll remove you from the list (but always keep the door open if you want to come back!). The same goes for billing changes. Just email me and we’ll get you fixed up!
